Anno is a pet technology company. We develop smart pet products that connect what an animal actually needs with what technology can reliably measure — and we bring them to the brands and distributors who care about the same distinction.
安糯: calm, and soft.
ān means calm, safe, at ease. nuò means soft, yielding — the texture of something that gives when you press it.
Put together, it is a short brief for anything we make: it should leave an animal calmer, and it should feel gentle. Two words that are easy to say and surprisingly hard to deliver in plastic, foam, and firmware.
In Western markets we shorten it to Anno. Same name, same standard.
Everyone here lives with an animal.
Not as a hobby, and not as a slide in a brand deck. The people who write our specifications, argue about materials, and answer your emails go home to a cat, a dog, or both. It changes what you notice: a bowl that slides across the floor, a harness that rubs behind the leg, a feeder that jams at six in the morning on a Sunday.
We started Anno because the category is full of products that photograph well and fail quietly. Our test is simple — would we keep this in our own home after the novelty wore off? If the answer is no, it does not go in the catalog.
That is also why the range is short. Every product we add has to be supported after it ships, and support is handled by the same small team that chose it.
What that means in practice
- Every product is used at home before it is offered to a customer.
- We publish the full product specifications, including the boring numbers.
- We keep a retained sample from every batch we ship.
- We tell you when a product is the wrong fit for your target market.
Two things we think belong together.
Pet care is shifting from reaction to prevention. Owners want to know how their animal is eating, sleeping, moving, and recovering — not because the data is interesting, but because it is often the earliest sign that something is wrong.
Most connected products stop at a notification. We are more interested in what happens after it: what the number actually means, what the owner should do next, and how the product should behave when nobody is looking at a phone.
That is where health and hardware have to be designed together rather than bolted on. A camera is only useful if the app turns a week of footage into one sentence you can act on. A fountain is only useful if cleaning it takes less time than it saves. A calming product is only useful if the animal chooses it on a bad night.

Anno does not run its own factory, and we say so. We work with a small number of manufacturing partners we have audited and shipped from — and we own the quality control process between them and you.

Every SKU has a written specification on file. Repeat orders are built to the document, not to a memory of the last conversation.

Five checkpoints from first article to final inspection, plus third-party inspection through SGS, BV, or TÜV when your buyer requires it.
Lead time we hold
Production dates are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice. We would rather give you a date we can keep than one that sounds good.

Anno is a registered Chinese company based in Hangzhou, with full import and export scope. If your finance or compliance team needs the business license, bank details, or a signed proforma invoice, ask — we send them as standard.
We do not publish identity numbers or the personal names of company officers on a public website. They are provided in full during onboarding.
